Last Updated: September 20261. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment
All vehicle bookings and tour itineraries are confirmed upon receipt of advance deposit. The balance amount must be settled prior to journey commencement or as specified in your booking agreement.
2. Distance Calculation & Toll/Taxes
Rental charges are computed from garage-to-garage unless a fixed package rate is agreed upon. Interstate road permits, parking fees, entry taxes, and highway toll charges are billed at actuals unless explicitly listed as included in package pricing.
3. Chauffeur Working Hours & Safety
To maintain driver alertness and passenger safety on outstation highways, chauffeurs operate up to 8-10 hours per day. Night driving allowances apply for journeys operating past 10:00 PM.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations requested 7 days prior to departure are eligible for a partial refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of journey commencement are non-refundable.
